PrintFab.io is a product discovery and directory platform. We connect buyers with 3D print sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Our role as a directory platform

PrintFab provides a platform for sellers to list their 3D printed products and for buyers to discover and contact those sellers. All transactions, payments, and shipping arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers.

PrintFab is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products listed on the platform
• The accuracy of product descriptions or photos provided by sellers
• Payment disputes between buyers and sellers
• Shipping delays, damage, or loss of products
• Any disagreements arising from buyer-seller transactions

Seller responsibilities

By listing products on PrintFab, sellers agree to the following:

• Only list products you have actually printed or can print upon order
• Use real photos of your actual products — no stock images or AI generated images
• Accurately describe your products including materials, dimensions, and lead times
• Only sell designs you own or have a valid license to print and sell
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Honor the prices and terms communicated to buyers
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

PrintFab reserves the right to remove any listing or seller account that violates these rules without notice.

Buyer guidelines

When using PrintFab to find products, buyers acknowledge that:

• PrintFab is a discovery platform — all purchases are made directly with the seller
• PrintFab does not guarantee the quality, delivery, or authenticity of any product
• Buyers should exercise their own judgment when contacting and transacting with sellers
• Disputes must be resolved directly with the seller

Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on PrintFab:

• Weapons, weapon components, or anything designed to cause harm
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
• Products that violate any applicable law or regulation
• Misleading or fraudulent listings
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages

Violations will result in immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

PrintFab.io and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions made between buyers and sellers discovered through the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We collect the following information when you use PrintFab:

• Information you provide when signing up as a seller (name, email, shop details)
